5 Acre Parcel

The uses for the 5 acre parcel have been batted back and forth for years now. The committee looking at that project has suggested RV parking, cell towers, and more pickleball courts among the many uses. It's time to finalize a plan! We have a community that is busting at the seams.  We need more meeting rooms, more pickleball courts, - and yes - parking for our toys.  As the community continues to trend younger we will need the facilities and activities that draw buyers to our association. Parking for RVs, boats, off-road vehicles, etc., will be a source of income that helps us accomplish our objectives. We also have to store our golf maintenance equipment for the North Course. The City of Indio has said we can no longer transport our equipment on city streets. One of my goals is to break ground on the finalized 5 Acre Parcel Project in the next 2 years.
